.The website of Los Angeles based photographer Moni Hayworth is the kind where you end up hypnotically clicking through page after page of her work, relinquishing any concern of having been there for way too long. Her “lo-fi” short stories focus on the raw, wild characters behind Los Angeles’ youth and fill a void for street style inspiration that is truly authentic- the kind of stuff that just can’t be copied. Her vision reminds me of old Patti Smith/ Robert Mapplethorpe photos from inside their clinton Hill apartment, unpretentious and unpretending of being anything other than “exactly who they were”. Visit her site, Johnny’s Bird, here.

.StreetArtLondon.co.uk recently hunted down and snapped some pictures of
C215′s creations during his most recent trip to London. C215 often hailed as “France’s answer to Banksy”, really has developed a very distinctive style that deserves recognition away from such comparisons.

ART GAME
.This recent work by Leo Caillard is a reflection on the problem of our new digital world. “Currently, at any stage of its creation, any idea or concept is digitally adapted. What will be retained in the future? What will happen to all of these billions of megabytes we
stock on computers? In 10 years? In 500 years? Colliding the esthetic of modern minimalist Apple products
with the classical architecture of the Louvre Museum, the viewer is forced to assess the question of new creation in our modern society.”
