This past year one may have heard of a little happening called Station to Station. What began as an exploration of what creativity is in the 21st Century, Station to Station became a constantly changing nomadic experience combining international artists, musicians, thinkers and writers as they took a month long journey
from New York to San Francisco by train. This artistic experimentation was the brain child of Doug Aitkins and as he says is just the beginning for future exploration.

Last week, Mage Design client IVI kicked off their S/S ’13 collection launch at NYC’s Bowery Hotel; with the evening’s
host, Leigh Lezark. Lezark, the newest ambassador added to IVI’s impressive list of young entrepreneurs and artists, “was busy trying on the sunglasses as were all the guests, which made everyone fast friends as we all told each other in no uncertain terms which sunglasses suited them best. Skateboarder Austyn Gillette was there too along with Leigh (pictured below), who as IVI ambassadors work alongside motocross pioneer Carey Hart and skateboarders Rob Dyrdek and Keith Hufnagel to inspire the communities around them.” via.
“We like to think of ourselves as bridging that gap between skateboarding, action sports, street culture, and high fashion, and Leigh really brings that same aesthetic,” IVI global marketing director Brian Garofalow told ELLE.com.Comments (0)

Speakeasy places are popping up here and there in LA these days, and they aren’t too hard to find, but if you’re ever in Mexico city you might want to try to hunt down this place called Jules.
Enter an unnamed taco shop and make your way to the rear of the restaurant, and behind a large white commercial grade freezer is the beginning of an adventurous night. Make their way down a set of wood stairs and into the dim
space full of chic metallic finishes, a white studded bar, custom made lounge tables with large white skulls beneath them, and a uniquely arranged pyramid studded ceiling, designed by the Franco-Mexican architect, Emmanual Picault and French architect Ludwig Godefroy. Now go search for the taco shop!Comments (0)
