This crazy art project by a French artist Frederique Daubal, is pushing the sensitive debate on the Muslim niquabs that is becoming a huge topic in Europe these days. She shredded some pages from fashion magazines and made them into masks, creating a statement on identity and transformation.
Here at Mage we never really cared for V magazine, mediocre at best but we care about their new cover. All the covers, with the exception of Adriana’s, are available in limited edition scratch-off pages in order to reveal a more erotic look for each model.

Hedi Slimane never stop to amazes me, all I can say is that his photos of Los Angeles convey not only his amazing attention and sense of detailing but also capture this odd melancholic subtle vibe of the west coast, a special place on the Globe where culture comes to an end abruptly against the great wall of the Pacific. Just beautiful and very powerful aesthetically and intellectually.
