PLASTIC + JAPANESE TECHNOLOGY = GASOLINE.

Akinori Ito, from the Japanese company Blest, developed several years ago a Machine capable to transform Plastic back into oil to be later used to create gasoline, Diesel and Kerosene. While the process is not so difficult to understand (See video below) the result is pretty impressive and thanks to Akinori Ito’s “Magix Box” you will be capable to turn 1kg of plastic back to 1l of Oil.
Not only this technology can help to eliminate once for all our “plastic” recycling problem but it also does not create any CO2 during the process.

A Great solution to recycling plastic waste and maybe a deterrent in invading other countries for their natural resources, our combustible engines would still be exhaling the same old junk.

Apple’s Design and Test Labs

So Apple spent over a $100 million on this test lab so that we could buy THIS. Apple once campaigned us to “Think diffrent,” but in some ways they are slowly reversing roles with their old rival. The good people at NMA have done it again to furthur elaborate to the situation. With that aside, this place looks pretty awesome.

Rollin single-file line with the Scraper Bike King. Only for Oakland residents, 7y/o or older, with a 2.0 GPA. The bike needs to be amazing or you can’t ride. The Scraper Bike King and his Captains will evaluate your wheels, and only if they approve, you’ll be able to go “Mobbin” and get the Original Scraper Bike Team shirt. It’s an escape for the kids,  “so they can get their mind off what’s going on in the streets”, and “make them feel like they are a part of something. ” Follow the King on myspace

Mgmt Congratulations

Not set to be  released until April 13th, The new Mgmt record as been leaked! Stream it for free from their website: http://www.whoismgmt.com/

I have only listened to the first 2 songs so far, so the verdict is still out.  This article from billboard says “Congratulations includes a frenzied psychedelic surf-rock cut about Brian Eno; a creepy instrumental whose title, “Lady Dada’s Nightmare,” plays off a certain of-the-moment pop star; and a trippy, 12-plus-minute track with a loose theme about surfing the Arctic Circle off the coast of Russia”  a  “decidedly weird nine-song follow-up” to their very successful 2007 debut, Oracular Spectacular
