Akinori Ito, from the Japanese company Blest, developed several years ago a Machine capable to transform Plastic back into oil to be later used to create gasoline, Diesel and Kerosene. While the process is not so difficult to understand (See video below) the result is pretty impressive and thanks to Akinori Ito’s “Magix Box” you will be capable to turn 1kg of plastic back to 1l of Oil. Not only this technology can help to eliminate once for all our “plastic” recycling problem but it also does not create any CO2 during the process.
A Great solution to recycling plastic waste and maybe a deterrent in invading other countries for their natural resources, our combustible engines would still be exhaling the same old junk.

Meet the man responsible for Proenza Schoulers amazing Spring 2010 prints. Inspired by tropical fish, Cardenas was able to capture the beautiful colours and glow of the water world. Alejandro has been art directing for the label since the early days when his pals Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez were fresh out of Parsons. Today he remains an artist in his own right, as he was before Proenza Schouler, working primarily with watercolour and ink.
Not too long ago I booked a flight from Norway back to LA and managed to miss the fact that I had to sleep the night at Heathrow airport. This came as a shock once I checked in, and the fact that all the hotels around Heathrow were miles away and quite expensive, did not make the trip any better. So the night consisted of twisting and turning in a cold chair at the worst terminal they have, constantly sneaking a peak at my bag making sure no one was creeping up on me. I just saw a post about Sleepbox concept and did a second check and found that some smart people just took it a step further and created the Yotel. So if you’re ever stuck in Heathrow for the night, then check out Yotel for a bed, or kick it at a cold chair as I did.
“The decision to build a modern Boss was not entered into lightly,” said Derrick Kuzak, group vice president, Global Product Development. “The entire team at Ford felt the time was right and with the right ingredients, the world-class 2011 Mustang could support a successful, race-bred, worthy successor to the original Boss 302. For us that meant a production Mustang that could top one of the world’s best – the 2010 BMW M3 – in lap times at Laguna Seca. We met our expectations.”
Mustang chief engineer Dave Pericak says, “We were either going to do it right or not do it at all – no one on the team was going to let Boss become a sticker and wheel package.” Damn right.
With summer going from cold to hot back to cold then warm , warmer and finally hot again, all in the coarse of a week, I thought it wouldn’t be to late to run this spring 2010 editorial by Chanel as seen in FLAUNT Magazine.
Finding a balance between lightweight aerodynamics and race ready frame structure, the NeilPryde Alize is the ultimate in high-performance road bikes. Got to love the way this frame was put together, and the visuals in the design process. The aggressive aerofoil profile looks great and is highly functional, forcing airflow to remain laminar around the down tube, the seat tube and rear wheel. This increases the turbulent energy in this area, helping the rider somehow…..all over my head, but looks fantastic.
