Came across this little article on the making of the intro of “The girl with the Dragon Tattoo”, that was released a little while back. Although I read all the novels by Stieg Larsson and watched the Swedish version of “The girl with the Dragon Tattoo” I felt like an English-language remake was somewhat unnecessary. That being said, I was stunned at the intro of this movie. It’s not often a director takes the time to go to such lengths for an introduction (accept maybe James Bond).
