A little cross-continent studio appreciation from Mage design.
Kix Studio is based in Berlin and was founded in 2007 by two French designers. The small but dynamic team has designed a six-model eyewear collection for IC! Berlin.
By combining their use of cutting-edge technology, rapid prototyping processes and the strong signature “no screw” hinge system that IC! is well known for, Kix has come up with some clean lifestyle models. I’m digging the simple and clean sheet metal design. I can imagine these frames are super lightweight and accommodating.
